This blog post is about the Purpletale Ode to Hydration
Facial Cream. To Use: Gently apply all over cleansed and toned face and neck. Lightly
tap to aid absorption.
Some active ingredients that I would like to mention is the
niacinamide which is form of vitamin B3. This offers anti-aging for wrinkled
and hyper-pigmentation and improves elasticity. Applying this to your skin has
shown to prevent skin from losing water content.
Performance: There is a slight scent to the cream but it's not too heavy and it doesn't hang around. The texture of the cream is quite thick and butter-like. I would recommend using this at night. Even though the cream was thick I didn't find it hard to apply. This face cream made my skin feel soft and moisturized.
Packaging: The product comes in a purple box. The container is a purple
hard glass container holding 50mL of product. To open the container, just twist
the lid off and you will see a white plastic inner lid. They also provide a
little spatula which is great so you don't have to dig your finger into the jar
and worry about contaminating it.
I would recommend this to people with dry skin because it can be a bit
too thick for those with oily skin. I am so excited to be adding this cream to
